Delivery Area

We deliver within a defined radius of our premises in Acomb, York. Delivery availability and fees are shown at checkout based on your postcode.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but may vary due to demand, weather, or other factors. We aim to deliver within the estimated window but cannot guarantee exact times.

Collection

Collection orders can be placed online and collected from our premises at the selected time. Please bring your order confirmation.

Order Accuracy

We take care to prepare your order accurately. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 1 hour of delivery or collection.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and displayed before you confirm your order. Free delivery thresholds may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed (e.g. no answer at the door, incorrect address), our rider will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be made, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

Food Safety

All food is prepared and packed to maintain quality during transit. Please consume hot food promptly upon receipt. We cannot be responsible for food quality once it has been accepted.
